What kind a place do you run to where you can't talk to a manager or the owner or even have a fax machine to fax out cancellation forms when I wasn't even told about a cancellation form. Plus the staff needs to be more educated on dealing with your clients since they are the only onest hat your clients can talk to. You can see that this is why I would never advise anyone to come to your salon EVER!
