They are very easy to talk with whether you are wanting to open an account, ask a question, or maybe even take out a loan. They will do whatever they can to get your loan payments at a price you can afford even if that means making the loan a bit longer than usual (because after all they are willing to change it for you later on). Although they are professionals they are still very down to earth.
