I had my vehicle recently serviced at Lee's because I was told they were the best in town and had the vehicle serviced there before. I should have learned my lesson from the first time this company looked at my car. Talk about a lousy attitude. I practically had to beg them to service the car because they were pouting for personal reasons. Anyway, they took the car & said it would be available the following week which of course, was an outright LIE!!! They had the car for 23 days to be exact. Meanwhile, they never call you to tell you when the car is going to be ready. I was constantly on the horn with them getting little if any information. I thought my insurance company or even the company that financed the car were difficult but Lee's prided themselves in giving me the run about town. It was like pulling weeds to get any information from them. Then when I did provide them with all the paperwork that was needed to finally get my car out it was almost as if the car was being held as a hostage for ransom. POOR CAR!!! It reminded me of being at the DMV where you never seem to have the proper documentation-even when you do, they seem to find something wrong with it . Well, that was what it felt like to be at Lee's. I was actually told I don't listen when all I had been trying to do was exactly that just so I could get my vehicle out. Then when I attempted to make payment by check, my credibility was questioned when I was told my check would not be accepted. The reason-the company had problems with bad checks before which is so not MY problem. I asked to see the policy that stated checks would not be accepted especially when I had dealt with this company before and a check had been my method of coverage. No such policy could be produced for me-it was more of a personal vendetta. Guess what, Lee's? You have definitely lost me as a customer as well as the many clientele I have sent your way to increase your business. It probably won't matter but the after taste you have left in my mouth is so vile and putrid, a good customer is not worthy of being subjected to such demeaning display of unprofessionalism. more
