I have know Joevir for many years I can tell you in few words he is nothing but the best, He is very professional and what he does of course an excellent hair stylist I have ever seen. He is talented, and he knows his products. I have been getting my hair done by Joevir's for so long that I have not yet found someone like him he is the BEST!!!!
