This was the most expensive haircut I ever paid for and one of the worst haircuts I ever received! It was a rush job. I will not be going back. Besides that, they didn't even sweep the hair off the floor from the person before me. Makes me wonder if they even clean their utensils. Luckily I didn't break out with anything.
