I went with my dad to help him pick out new glasses after a car wreck... he wanted glasses similar to his old ones (wire frame, big, square lenses). The "helpful" sales associates kept trying to push the latest styles. We started out polite, but finally got fed up. They were NOT getting the idea that we had something in mind, and didn't want to be sold on another style.
