Sure, you don't have to go to a specialty store to get a copy of Monopoly, but for a lot of cooler board games, puzzles, or other things, Uncle's is a good stop.
For some less known, but high-fun games like Munchkin or Settlers, Uncle's stocks them all and sells them at reasonable prices.
The store is a little small, but they carry a lot of cool stuff.
