I actually like Whataburger, their food is very good. But the 71st street franchise is slow as heck! I've waited 20 minutes for a burger and fries, IN THE DRIVE THRU! The most unsatisfying thing about the whole process was that both my burger and my fries were not hot when I finally got them.
