For my son's birthday, I needed some balloons filled with helium. I called Floral Expressions and spoke to a lady. After telling her what time I was going to be there, she said okay. Well, I arrived at that time and she was leaving. She saw me go to the door, didn't care, got in her car and left. I was very angry and had to drive to another florist across town. I will probably never use this florist again.
