A unknown gem in the New York book scene. Located right in the United Nations building this store is stuffed to the gills with books about international affairs and the history of diplomacy. You can also purchase copies of reports by the United Nations and many Non Govermental Agencies. It's a bit of a hassle to get in. The UN has a serious security check (be prepared to go through metal detectors and have your bags searched) so don't think you can quickly dash in for a quick look.
