This is a great place for families to visit. Free admission into the zoo. There is a fee for parking in certain lots. If you are fortunate enough to find parking along the street that is free.
Awesome zoo! The animals are in areas that are more like their habitat and not just a cage. The monkey house is less than desirable due to the strong urine smell, but it is air conditioned.
The penguins are really neat. Worth the short wait to get in. They only allow so many in at a time. Very cold inside this place. No extra charge for it.
There are maps all over, do get one so you can figure out where you want to go and have not been.
There is a train ride around the zoo for a fee.
