Although it has been some time since I've been, I didn't have a very good experience here. We were preparing for a long road trip and we had a low coolant light come on. We stopped at Jim's to buy antifreeze and us silly ladies couldn't get the hood open. We asked the attendant for assistance and he refused to leave the chair he was casually sitting in. We ended up getting another patron to help. Needless to say we were very disappointed with the service and have not returned. more
