My wife and I love Tortugas. The staff is very friendly, the food is always great, and the food is reasonably priced. No real down side, but sometimes air conditioning is up a little high. Other than that it’s a great family style restaurant, with a uniquely fun atmosphere. If you go you have to try the chocolate decadence.
