If you live in the Castleton area and are looking for a primary health care facility this is what you have unless you want to drive for half an hour to the city.
While they have a few good doctors, I've found that CFHC is just loaded with beaurocracy and red tape. Simple requests like prescription renewals can take forever especially if you make the request on a Friday or need an answer quickly.
There is no flexibility. If you don't follow their procedures for whatever reason or if your request is out of the ordinary you just don't get helped.
