Their customer service is excellent. One time, I need to buy a wireless modem and I did not have idea which one good or bad. I ask a man there and he explained to me about each item in details. I was really impressed about him taking time so that the customer can compare and make decision to buy the right thing they really need. I highly recommend them to every one I know.
