My husband bought my engagement ring at Serago Roberts Jewelers. It was not a small sale he spent thousands of dollars on my wonderful ring, and we also later purchased our wedding bands there and I bought him a watch as a wedding present there as well that cost well over a thousand dollars. So in my opinion we are good customers, which made what happened later so disappointing. A couple of weeks after I got married I started having a reaction to my rings. I started getting huge welts that were very painful whenever I wore them. I couldn't understand it as they are platinum and ran right over there to see what could be done. A staff member at Serago told me to put clear nail polish on the inside of both my wedding ring and engagement ring and there was nothing else they could do to help me. To me this was a completely unsatisfactory response. I have never been back. In my opinion steer clear of this place. They do have beautiful jewelry but their customer service definitely leaves something to be desired.
