I have been going to Dr Ratts office for my health care. I have never had to wait for a long period of time. I sign in and am taken back to see the doctor within 5-10 minutes. There are a few ladies in the front who arent all that nice, they have never been hateful but they just dont offer a smile or friendlyness when you are signing in. That wouldnt make me not want to go there, a few people arent going to make me change my mind. He is a great doctor who has helped me big time. I would tell everyone i know to go to him for medical care!!!!!
