Tim R. was very professional. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done, gave me an accurate estimate, and completed the job. His work was neat, and he was very polite. I also purchased the FPS Gold Contract with absolutely no pressure from Tim. In fact, that is one of the main reasons I opted to purchase the contract - no pressure, and a great deal for one year's worth of services and discounts.
