Don't ever board your pet here! They stay outside all night and if you bring any blankets or toys for your pet to feel secure during their stay they do not give them to your pet. They tell you they will just to "pacify" you as I was later informed. My pet got terribly sick and had to get care from the vet which was very costly and Urban Outsitters did nothing to compensate me. Also, forget about the web cam to see what your pet is doing. It was conveniently "out of service" when I requested it. I was sick over this experience as was my dog. This is a far cry from a good boarding facility. Seriously investigate before you bring your pet here!
