They have been amazingly efficient and wasted no time getting results for us. There has not been one glitch in the entire process. Everything we hoped for and then some. Before we joined the injury program we were advised to treat them like our remote employee and as it was my position on the line, I did. We worked through some very diverse claims and once we were on the same page, we constantly exceed our forecast and our conversion is over 50%.
