I stood at the customer service desk at Hardings for 10 minutes once, while two workers chatted with each other about how horrible their jobs were. And as I said, this was at the CUSTOMER SERVICE desk. It really disgusted me, and I was completely unsatisfied with the service. I still shop there, simply because it's the only grocery store near my house, but I try to shop elsewhere when I can.
