Positives: same day or next day service, depending on how busy they are. rasonable price for that turnaround.
Negatives: No better than other cleaners in actual cleaning quality. After they ruined a shirt trying to remove a simple stain (and no apologies or reduction in price), I've decided not to trust them with anything except the simplest cleaning that I need done quickly.
