They charge a service fee (around $40 to come and take a look). They got high ratings (9.5 on CitySearch and Service Magic), so we thought we would just absorb that fee into the price of the job. But the estimate was about 3-4 times what other plumbers gave us. I can't comment on other aspects of their service, but I think it might be wise to explore other plumbing services before using these guys.
