As a long time customer, we've had a horrible experience with them over the last two years. Our cars seems to have more problems after getting certain parts fixed. Also, twice after getting an inspection our engine light has been on when it wasn't on before we went there. I don't know how a car can be inspected and have no problems but then the engine light turns on. If you go in there, it really seems like they're unpleasant and trying to scam you out of your money.
