My 27" died on me; okay it displayed a thin horizontal line. I called Gary and he said it sounded like it needed a vertical something or other. I brought the TV in with a $15.00 deposit. A week later I got the TV back to the tune of approximately $85.00 (still cheaper than a new TV). It still did the same thing!! Called him up, brought it back. Two days later he called, said it was a bad part. Turned it on in the store, and it worked. I've got it working in the living room now. So you can get your TV fixed; it may take a couple of tries. Just ask to check it BEFORE you leave the store so you are not hauling that heavy *&%$ back and forth!!!!
