What a disappointing experience, BOTH times we've gone there. Our truck broke down and we had it towed into Rite-Way. The part they told us it would take to fix the truck cost more than DOUBLE what they told us it would cost and took more than TWICE as long as they told us it would take to get it in. So, not only were we out more money for the repair than we thought but because it took THREE days longer than they told us we were also out the expense of a rental car. The second time we went in was even worse. I would DEFINITELY not recommend them to anyone!
