I needed an opener installed on my garage door. I saw the great reviews on the internet, and I sent an e-mail request via their web site. I didn't hear back, so I called the next day. They hadn't received the electronic message, so if you want these guys (and you should), use the phone. I talked with John, who was very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. We made a prompt appointment for the next day. John was there on time, prepared, professional, fast and thorough. He fixed up the door, installed the opener, checked it out and explained everything. His service was all I could have asked for! I wish everyone was a good!!
