After having taken the Boot Camp I course I can honestly say that the experience exceeded even my lofty expectations and it was worth every penny. It was hard! This was not a cake walk! The teachers challenge everyone to make them better, or with Meisner, to make them open up to the moment. In a constructive way. They are very good at identifying areas where improvement is needed. Come prepared to work from day one, and you will work every day. At the end of the day, you will only get out what you put in. I plan to take Boot Camp II over the summer, after taking a month off to rest from all that hard work!
