Bought a home in 8/02 that Fidelity handle the closing. Found out 8/06 that the title company did not record the mortgage payoff from the previous owner. I have made phone calls & faxes to have this title search straighten up. Never recieve any phone calls from Fidelity saying they have corrected the problem & recieve new tilte search showing that it had been cleared.
