You do not have to be a member of the Weaving Guild to take a class there. I took a beginning beading class from the Weaving Guild recently. The instructor Terry is very patient. If you want to check out the center, they will give you a tour of it. They offer several classes not only in weaving, but beading, spinning and dyeing among others. You can go online as well and see their class schedule. All the members I met were so nice with answering questions.
