I contacted with All State, who then brokered our services to other companies without my knowledge. We were quoted a price not to exceed $2,575. However, we are actually paying $4,165. They up-charge you for everything. In addition, our items were picked up 23 days ago and were expected to arrive 7 to 17 days ago, but still haven't arrived. Every time I call them they tell me it has been delayed further. It is now delayed another 3-5 days and they refuse to give any discount. In fact, they are making me pay remaining balance and I still don't have my household items. more
