Before Total Ryu Martial Arts when my son Ryan would get angry or upset he would curl up into a ball hide or want to hit something, yell and fight! Since coming here when he gets angry he sits down and breathes. He'll then talk about his feelings and what's going on. Some parents say that their child needs more study time, they can't do Karate classes 2 or 3 times a week. They got it backwards. This program helps him focus better and to stay on task until that task is finished. He's become more responsible for his actions and that's something you won't learn at any elementary or high school. You just won't.
