When we first moved in to our house we had to replace all the windows. My wife also wanted a bay window installed in your living room. we knew that would be pricey. So we shopped around. We also knew we wanted good customer service just in case things went wrong as they almost always do. We decided on Windowrama. The quality of the windows (andersons) was terrfic and the installation was top notch. About three years after installing the windows we noticed a slight draft coming in through the bay window. we called them and they were at our house within 2 weeks (it wasn't an emergency -they did ask). A definite stop while you are pricing out your new windows.
