I moved to Decatur about 4 years ago with my 2000 BMW. When it needed service, I took it Volmaz after I happened to see their sign on Church Street (I do realize that this is not a smart way to choose an auto service shop.). I was immediately impressed with their professional and competent service, but for a newcomer to the area, I have been even more impressed with the friendly, personal attention I received from everyone there, from the receptionist to the mechanic who drove me back to my house, to the managers - some of the nicest people I have ever met. For a single woman, who knows very little about cars, it means a LOT to have a place I can take my car with full confidence that I will be treated fairly and honestly.
