I was happy that they were able to set up same day apts. they came to my home prepared with a truck mounted machine,. (that's what I asked for, that's what I got). The steam cleaning process eliminated all the stains in my carpet. one by one they were disappearing. thank you so much. the work was done how I needed it to be done.
