When all the other local banks were swallowed up by giants like BB&T, the bank of clarke remained. When BB&T demonstrated their absolute disregard for their customers satisfaction, an awful lot of us went to the bank of clarke and have been thrilled with the improvements. They'll work with you, and actually admit if there's been a mistake made on their end- if there's a disagreement, they'll make sure you go away, if not happy, at least convinced they gave you all the slack they could.
