The Astro theater, once a "dollar theater" now charges two dollars to view one of three films. This price is just right for broke college students who attend Clemson, but the dirty, nearly-condemned building is not justified by the low price for most people. Most of the seats lean forward and probably have not been cleaned or replaced since their installation. Despite the dirty feeling you have when walking out of a movie at the Astro, people keep coming back for the cheap, and usually newly released, movies.
