Petshotel advertises 24 hour care, video surveillance, and personalized care. Our dogs were cared for much better at the humane society! We adopted them thinking we were saving them from a life of neglect, but their care at Petshotel on Elliot road is the worst care any of my pets have ever received at any location. We our now facing large vet bills do to the negligence of Petshotel. This is on top of the cost of their stay. We hope and pray you do not allow this company to care for your animals.
