Bilo is a wonderful grocery store that offers the best prices on one's groceries. The reason that they are the best in my opinion is that they offer a lot of buy one get one frees. They even offer a lot of buy one get one frees on meat! They also take coupons and double them.
Groceries will always be a necessity, but it's nice to be able to shop and spend less than in other stores.
