I heard a loud bang from my garage last Monday morning, turned out the torsion spring of my wooden garage door snapped. I called this garage door company and described what happened over the phone. A serviceman arrived 20 minutes later carrying extra parts. He immediately changed the snapped spring and was done after a few minutes and serviced other parts for free, awesome service!
