Mike from 24-7 thoroughly checked our home, and took his time explaining what he was looking for and what he thought would be the best way to address our problem. Although it was not necessary for him to make repairs at the time of this visit, we were very impressed by his expertise and professionalism and WILL re-contact him again for plumbing repair or remodel. Because no work was needed, he told us that should we require any further services within the next year, the $45.00 charge for this service call would be credited toward those charges. Now what plumber does that? We were amazed!
