The reason why the store is messy is because the shoppers are messy. Sometimes, not enough employees work there, and not a lot of employees work there because shoppers are just too damn messy and cant seem to have enough respect to keep the place clean. Yes, there are a lot of styles and items, but in order to keep on top of the latest styles, there's just no way Forever 21 could have less clothes than there already are. I have a suggestion. The next time you pick up an item and change your mind about it, put it back nicely where you found it. The next time you try something on, put it back yourself. Make sure it is all done in a nice and neat manner. If you don't like the store, then stay out!.
