This is the only exception I made. After a bad experience, I vowed to never use a locksmith again, but I had an emergency when my key got stuck in the ignition and my mechanic couldn't come out to help me. He told me to call these guys, and reluctantly I did. But now after using them, I love them. They were very fast and charged the exact same price I was quoted at the beginning.
