I struggled with my weight for 10 years before meeting Sammy.
Working with him was not easy as I had to face myself and take responsibility for the damage that I caused to my body and health but I can truly say that it was all worth it.
My body isn't exactly the way i want it to be yet, but I've lost well over 30 lbs and have gained some muscle. Thanks Sam!
