Rascal House was voted Cleveland Plain Dealer's coveted "Cleveland's Best Pizza" award. It is well deserved too. It was established in 1980 opposite Cleveland State University in downtown Cleveland. Rascal House is really growing. They now have five locations. They all serve great food too! Their wings are almost as popular as the pizza. We are very discriminating when it comes to our pizza preference. We love Rascal House pizza. We always have and always will. Congratulations to Mike and Fouly Frangos, rascal house pizza corporate owners. They have done a terrific job keeping all of Cleveland fed with the best tasting pizza in town!
