After an extremely miserable night with the AC unit clearly having failed at our home I called Richmonds AC Repair - Houston bright and early in the morning. I selected them based on the reviews on the website. The gentleman who answered the phone told me he was scheduled out until the next day. I asked for other recommendations in my area and he did not feel comfortable giving any. We talked about the symptoms of the problem and he thought it was a quick fix and took my information and thought he could have someone out sometime the same day.
