I have been wearing a pair of black strappy Kenneth Cole brand heels ( that I bought from Shoe Place) for months during formal occassions. And, even though I love the style, the straps are very thin and I was just waiting for one of them to give out one day because the heels were a bit worn out when I had bought the shoes. I believe they were display shoes (at least that was what the clerk told me). Hopefully, they were not used/returned shoes. The heels are now falling apart. I don't think I would buy another pair of shoes from here unless I was certain they were brand new.
