It is your favorite meat, cheese, veggies, etc. rolled up in a "flat bread". You can get it made on wheat or white bread. Some of these are grilled and some are served cold.
I like the Santa Fe Steak rolly polly sandwich. It is grilled steak with onions, peppers, and tomatoes wrapped in a wheat flatbread and grilled to warm and crisp.
This is a nourshing meal without all of the calories of the other alternatives in fast food.
