Once he had our money he never returned phone calls and never filed our bankruptcy! He dragged his feet for over 6 months before we ended up having to find another lawyer! Our class certificate expired so we ended up losing money on that as well. The guy was a jerk and a total TOOL. He should not be a lawyer and we even filed with the BAR ASSOC. against him!
