Travis Person, the owner of Custom Livewells, builds and delivers a quality product, to specifications. He may not be a great communicator, but he always returned my phone calls. The important thing is Travis is reputable, which is nice to know when you pay for the order in advance. I would recommend to Travis that he probably should establish an ongoing email system to keep customers informed on the status of their order. The reason I am posting on this website is that it seems people are quick to criticize and slow to praise! Bottom line, I'd do business with Custom Livewells in a heartbeat.
